Yes ,International Ruler's has to frame a firm Table for dialogues with Terrorist's Internationally.why this is needed. Not only to put an end to terrorism but it is very important to put an end to Innocent people death. we have noticed in all countries the so called terrorists were never enter in any damage activities ,on the other hand they hide themselves in a safe cabin and make active the innocent's  in damage activities. these innocent's are exactly from below poverty line. Unknowingly the seriousness of claiming other innocent people of that place where do they act.so it is imporatant to keen observation on poverty and to work sincerely to eradicate the poverty. then the people completely will turn sincere to the ruler's.than the terrorists cannot have innocent people to engage in atrocities.It is necessary to create strong awareness to all areas where all people in poverty lives ,to make them understand that they doing damage to some other innocents no damages to any government or damage to other terrorists. also to educate them not to damage government properties ,since it is again ruinning the economy  of that nation,  also to informthat  while all countries are aiming to economic recovery people are also to stand by with government actions. In recent days we all noticed st sri lanka the war claimed many innocent human lives. we should have a commitment that this should be the last message of claiming human lives on the earth. we people must co ordinate with the Government machinaries than only Government also can perform well than the expected.

Terrorists must come forward to a dialogue and has to put their claims or requirements. subsequently if the terrorists are so adament than International forum has to put an end to that leader. because A leader cannot be generated immidiately. loosing one or few human lives as terrorist is not a loss to human society but it is a great loss when we have innocent's death.

Terrorists also must understand and must accept for peace not to claim innocent lives on this earth.Only animals will claim the other lives from the same variety also. we human should not do that because we are not graded as animals.
